Debra received her real estate Broker’s license in Wyoming in 1978 and for the past 28 years, has been actively and successfully selling luxury resort properties in the Los Cabos area. She owned and operated the first 3 Prudential real estate franchises in Mexico. She was the former broker/owner of Cabo Gold Realty.

Jo grew up in Markham, Ontario just outside of Toronto. With a degree in Travel and Tourism, she has had the pleasure of traveling and exploring many parts of the world giving her an appreciation for all that the world has to offer.
Jo’s background includes a long career of more than 30 years in account management and strategic planning. Her diverse range of management skills, relentless eye for detail, blended with her entrepreneurial spirit ensures her clients´ needs are always achieved or exceeded.
Now settled in Los Cabos she has embarked on her career in real estate, looking to focus her skill and talent in helping families find their perfect place to call home.
When not helping her clients find the perfect home, Jo is following her other passion — rescuing animals and spending time volunteering with the local rescue centers.
